Surprise!!!!!!!! Congratulations to David and Carolyn

Tonight we were invited to a "Business Festive Casual" "engagement party" for Carolyn and David.  I had to look up what was festive casual and it actually said that sequins were good and to wear a Christmas tie - so it really was for a Holiday Party.  Oh, and we were also encouraged to wear pink and purple.

It was a the Croisdale County Club and it was lovely.  The room was set up for cocktails and dinner and then..........SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had such a good time ~ and it was a surprise.  Jim says there had been a civil ceremony in San Antonio but they wanted to do a bigger ceremony here and really be married before they go to Seoul.  They plan to have a bigger reception when they get back next year......so be ready!
