New House..........

Amy and I have found a new house and a deposit has been made to hold the house for us.  It is smaller and has a much smaller yard, but it is so cute!!!! It has a Craftsman vibe and is done in gray tones that we both like.

It is still in the constructions phase and closing is in August.  Now if the people who want our house will just sell their house!!!!!!!! But, if they don't, this one will sell quickly.

These are the floors everywhere except the bedrooms and the bathrooms.

This is the house.  There is a slope in the front, so we are planning on planting grasses and stuff for the birds.

There will be a farmhouse sink and white quartz countertops.

There are two master suites downstairs ~ one on each end of the house.  There are two guest rooms and a loft upstairs.  

We had an adventure yesterday.  We have decided to get Amy's great sofa recovered to use in the living room and Amy found a fabric outlet literally 5 miles from our house in Burlington.  It is the mothership to Mom's favorite fabric outlet in Newark, Delaware!  It is a plant with a huge warehouse of fabric on one side. Tons of fabric ~ all kinds!  All kinds of trim, pillows to recover and all fabric was 14.99 a yard.  It is definitely worth coming to visit.  Mom would have LOVED it!!!!!
