Amy just called with good news.
She had the septic inspector out this morning (and it snowed in Davidsonville this morning). The inspector took pictures inside the tank and said our tank was in great shape. He said the home inspector did a terrible job inspecting the septic system and was totally wrong.
The other positives: George is coming out today with new rails for the deck, since the railings were not to code, the chimney guys were coming to fix the chimney and the floor guys were coming to refinish the den floor today. So, when Amy leaves on Friday to come to our new house in Durham, our house in Davidsonville will be ready for the new family and the house will be sold on April 21st. What a relief!
